User is not able cancel/ reverse the transfer order 38693.

After analysis understand that, transfer order 38693 is already confirmed and corresponding delivery is deleted. Due that users are not able cancel/ reverse. As a work around solution advised them to do the stock transfer posting using LT10 from delivery bin regular storage bins. Advised New Era to implement below OSS note to restrict the deletion of delivery without cancelling the transfer order. So that this issue won't repeat again.
